In view of the demand for skilled workers, we have put in place internship programme. We are collaborating with local institution of higher learning to implement internship programme for undergraduate students. While under training these trainee will be evaluated for performances. For those that are considered suitable, will be retained and offered jobs in our retainer programme. We see this as a good way to develop human capital.
